A student-led workshop hosted with the AIGA IU Bloomington chapter. Participants created conversation heart–inspired valentines using monotype techniques and quick letterpress pulls. The event emphasized experimentation and play an open invitation for students to get inky, make a mess, and print something for someone they cared about.

In 2025, Ellie Prisbrey and I were invited to host a collaborative zine-making workshop for the Hamilton Wayzgoose Conference, which was later cancelled—but the project lives on in spirit (and in our planning notes). Maybe one day we’ll get the band back together and make it happen.
Letterpress Workshop with the Monroe County History Center

A community letterpress workshop hosted with the Monroe County History Center. Participants learned the basics of handset type, inking, and printing while exploring the history of printmaking firsthand. Together, we printed, laughed, and quite literally lived a piece of printing history.
