Nobody Knows Anything, Maybe They Just Pretend To

Risograph print | Printed by Outlet Press | Multiple paper stocks, variable colors | 8.5 x 11 inches

This print explores uncertainty as a shared condition within systems that rely on the appearance of authority and expertise. Originally produced as a single composition, the work was printed across a range of paper stock colors, allowing material variation and imperfect ink coverage to become part of the final piece.
Presented as a grid, the prints read collectively, less as individual editions and more as a typographic collage thus emphasizing repetition, inconsistency, and the instability of certainty. The work sits within my broader interest in typography as both language and object, using text to question institutional confidence, legibility, and the performance of “knowing."

Kennedy's Kinkos
Personal Project | 2024
Laser cut wood block letterpress print | 11x17 inches

A tongue-in-cheek poster born from my time as a grad assistant in the Type Shop. Between helping students after hours and fielding constant print questions, “Kennedy’s Kinkos” became the running joke so I turned it into a piece of shop ephemera celebrating the chaos, community, and humor of working in an academic studio.
